Ajay Singha is an Indian Music Composer, Producer, Singer known for his popular work In Movies and Independent songs He has a unique style of composition and production which is fresh and strikingly original.

The diversities in his compositions can be seen from the range of work he has done over the years. Starting from his first movie "KAAKAN" whose symphonic style title song featuring Shankar Mahadevan and Neha Rajpal introduced a new sound in the Marathi film industry bagging several awards and nominations, or the romantic ghazalish hit “KYUN DIL MERA" featuring Mohit Chauhan from the Hindi movie “PAHARGANJ” which has been played close to 100 million on all streaming platforms, or "RONGILA RE MON" the Bengali-Assamese folk fusion song for SVF music ORIPLAST ORIGINALS featuring Akriti Kakar and Dikshu which became a viral hit.

His background music scores for feature films and web series range from drama to romantic comedy, thriller and horror. In each subject, he has shown his proficiency with great attention to detail. His dramatic scores for the movie "Kaakan" and edgy hard hitting score for the series "Abhay season 1, 2 & 3" on Zee 5 contributed majorly to the success of these projects. His score and composition for the recently released hit Assamese movie "MUR XEKH GAAN'' got widely appreciated by everyone with many positive reviews in the media . For this film he received the prestigious "Prag Cine Awards 2022" Best Music Director award.

His latest release "Mehsoos Hua" which he has written and composed, featuring Jubin Nautiyal for the movie "Ab Dilli Dur Nahin" has got great response on all streaming platforms.

Among his upcoming releases of film work are "ITTAR" a matured love story and suspense thriller "TIPPPSY" .



Ajay Singha has also been actively working for TV and Ad commercials over the years, which include popular Title songs, Channel Ident, Anthems, Ad jingles of well known brands. His music for channel ident of Sony Max, Sony Max 2, Sony Rox, signature jingle of "Color Tv Golden Petal awards" "Sab Ke Anokhe Awards" got widely appreciated. He has done some intense scores for Nat Geo documentaries and some fun peppy scores for "Indian Rendezvous" the travelogue show on Discovery channel.

He is also known popularly among the young audiences as the producer of two very trendsetting series of retro songs "Bollywood Unwind" and "The Jam Room" on Sony Mix. Both these series have many viral hits including "Tu Tu Hai Wahi" featuring Jonita Gandhi which has crossed over 55 million views on YouTube.

He has composed two very distinctive sounding original Indi pop albums "In Rahon Mein” released by Sony Music and "Lafz Unkahe" released by Strumm Sound. The album “Lafz Unkahe” has topped the itunes charts for two weeks and the title song sung by Jonita Gandhi features in the popular playlist of Spotify and Saavn, among others.

Ajay Singha has learnt western classical piano and is a proficient guitar player. He mixes all his songs and scores himself in his state of art studio 'Bodhisattva'.
